Welcome to MSS Centenary Website. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.     General

1.1.  These Terms apply to all users of our website and customers who place orders with us.

1.2.  We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2.     Orders and Payment

2.1.  All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2.  Prices are listed in HKD.

2.3.  Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods provided at checkout.

3.     Shipping

3.1.  Shipping is provided via SF Express within Hong Kong, Macau and China.  We do not ship internationally at this time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

3.2.  Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

4.     Returns and Refunds

4.1.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

4.2.  Claims for faulty products must be made within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by your order number and photographic evidence.

5.     Order Cancellation

5.1.  Orders may only be cancelled upon payment of a non-refundable administrative charge of HKD 100.

5.2.  Orders for customised or special items cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

5.3.  Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

6.     Intellectual Property

6.1.  All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Marymount Primary School, Marymount Secondary School or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2.  You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7.     Limitation of Liability

7.1.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

7.2.  Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

8.     Governing Law

8.1.  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

8.2.  Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
