Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled upon payment of a non-refundable administrative charge of HKD 100.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [insert contact email or phone number] with your order number. We will provide instructions for payment of the administrative charge.

Cancellation requests will only be processed once the administrative charge has been received in full.

Custom or Special Orders

Orders for customised or special items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once processing has begun.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Upon receipt of the administrative charge, your order will be cancelled and any remaining balance will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

The HKD 100 administrative charge is non-refundable.

Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
