Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making your purchase.

No Returns or Refunds Unless Faulty

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than a fault with the product. All sales are final.

Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require:

·       Your order number

·       A description of the fault

·       Photographic evidence of the fault

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund if the product is no longer available, including any applicable delivery charges. 

We ask that you return the faulty product to us at 123 Blue Pool Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong.

How to Contact Us

To report a faulty product, please email us at centenary@mss.edu.hk with the required information. We will try our best to respond within 5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Faulty Products

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-faulty products under any circumstances.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
